RMA ernennt Anne Forristall Luke zum neuen CEO

Die Rubber Manufacturers Association (RMA) hat Anne Forristall Luke zum neuen CEO und Präsidentin des Unternehmens ernannt. Sie wird den Posten am 01. Januar 2016 übernehmen und folgt auf Charles Cannon, der nach fast acht Jahren im Unternehmen nun in den Ruhestand treten wird. „Das RMA Team und seine Mitglieder zu führen ist eine spannende Herausforderung“, so Gary Garfield, RMA Chair, Board of Directors, CEO und Präsident, Bridgestone Americas, Inc.

„Anne Forristall Luke ist eine visionäre Führungspersönlichkeit, die das Vertrauen des RMA Board of Directors genießt", fügt Garfield hinzu. Zudem dankte er Charles Cannon für seinen Einsatz für das Unternehmen. Bevor Luke zu RMA wechselte, war sie unter anderem bei der Association of Equipment Manufacturers (AEM) tätig.

EU Commission has announced final decision in anti-dumping procedure

Recently, the final decision-making process of the EU Commission concerning anti-dumping and anti-subsidies procedures initiated against the import of Chinese truck tyres has taken place. On 22nd October 2018, the EU Commission officially announced its final decision referring to the anti-dumping investigation with the Implementing Regulation (EU) 2018/1579.

Accuride befördert Robin Kendrick zum CEO

Die Accuride Corporation hat seit dem 01. Juni 2019 einen neuen Präsidenten und CEO. Der Vorstand des Räder und Radsatzteile-Herstellers aus den USA ernannte Robin Kendrick zum neuen Chief Executive Officer. Kendrick war bereits seit März 2018 Mitglied des Accuride Board of Directors und wird auch weiterhin im Vorstand tätig sein.

The Tire Cologne: Key players agree to come

The tyre trade fair REIFEN experienced its final issue in Essen this year. The Tire Cologne, which was invented by Koelnmesse and BRV, positioned itself as new industry trade fair. When looking at the communicated registration figures the first edition seems to turn into a superlative industry event in 2018. According to responsible trade fair people, all the key players were already on board for 2018. After important key players of the industry had already expressed their support for the event in the framework of the campaign “We are taking part” in May, the list of participants seemed to have grown considerably nearly a year later.
